My experience has been by far the best. I cannot say enough amazing things about HAVEN 8181! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I felt welcomed and valued. The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and truly feels like home. The amenities are well-kept, the grounds are clean, and the atmosphere is both upscale and comfortable. LaTarsa is absolutely exceptional. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her communication is clear and timely, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find a manager who combines efficiency with such warmth and integrity.

I recently had a tour with Makenna, and I have to say, it was one of the best tours I've had in Jacksonville so far. From the moment I arrived... made the entire experience feel very welcoming. Makenna was incredibly friendly, approachable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the tour. She took the time to answer all my questions and even shared some upcoming events happening around the city, which was a nice touch. The complex itself was well-maintained and looked fantastic. Overall, I truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism, and I want to thank Makenna for making me feel like a tenant, even though I may need to find a place closer to my work. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Haven 8181. Many people that give reviews only give bad reviews, but I want to give them a great review. I went in for a tour and it was just so pleasant the people were so helpful and understanding for my situation and I just enjoyed all the staff members they all came out to greet me and the tour was just so inviting. I went on tours with many communities on AC Skinner and there were so many rude staff members at other properties that I didn’t want to lease anywhere else. My tour was superb and it made me apply and I can’t wait to move in.

Just moved in and I feel so at home here! Staff is great, super responsive and my move in was so hassle free I thought I’d be stressed but they had everything lined up for me all I had to do was pick up keys!

We've lived at Haven for two months now and absolutely love it! The community is beautiful, we’re obsessed with our apartment, and the office team has been nothing short of amazing. Huge shoutout to Kaysey for helping us through the move-in process — she was so kind, knowledgeable, and truly the best to work with. My family and I are so happy to call this place home!
